+  We DO NOT accept any physical demo CD/tapes/records/USB drives/Press kits etc in the mail anymore, please don't waste your money.

+  Everything is done electronically. 

+  Please email veronarecords@gmail.com with subject containing: "Your Band Name" - Demo submission

+  Please link us to a website or page containing a way to stream your music easily.  If you want us to see photos or videos put them there too.

+  DO NOT attach anything to the email.  No music, photos, videos etc.  If there is an attachment of any kind your email will be deleted and not opened

+  Please feel free to add as much text, explanation, biography, information, stories, history of the band etc as you want to the body of the email

+  We only put out records that are Punk/Hardcore/Emo/Metal/Indierock or some combination.  Do not send us anything like country, radio rock or electronic

+  We only sign bands that are able to tour, have transportation, and are serious about their craft

+  We would LOVE to hear from you if you can meet the above criteria, so PLEASE get in touch

+  If we like what we hear we will contact you.  If you're afraid your email didn't go through it is okay, send it again, just please do not spam us.
